We do not ship West of the Rocky Mountains for retail orders, but we will consider shipping West of the Rocky Mountains for wholesale quantities. Please contact us for wholesale container, bare-root, and balled and burlap inquiries.
Refund Policy: At Boyd Nursery Company we strive to always provide quality plant stock in superb condition. All orders are accepted subject to crop failure or damage by natural causes. We reserve the right to refund all or any part of a payment made. We exercise the greatest care to keep our varieties true to name and hold ourselves in readiness at all times to replace, on proper proof, all stock that may prove otherwise or refund the amount paid. It is mutually agreed between the purchaser and ourselves that we shall not at any time be liable for any amount greater than the original price. We give no warranty, express or implied, as to the growth or productiveness of our stock. Orders are accepted without liability for non-performance if labor shortages or delay in transportation prevent us from making delivery. We reserve the right to determine if the plant material was cared for properly after leaving our greenhouses. Over or under watering, exposure to adverse temperature swings and weather conditions, incorrect planting or improper cultural conditions will void any effort of refunding your plant purchase. Full or partial replacement or refund will be at the discretion of Boyd Nursery Company following examination of the plant material in question.
If you have questions prior to purchase or have uncertainties in maintenance and proper methods of care for the plant stock purchased, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately with any questions. By contacting us, we can work to rectify the situation before it becomes irreversible.
Claims: All claims must be made immediately after receipt of stock. We are not liable for delays in transit. Our responsibility ends upon delivery in good conditions to transportation company. We can not assume responsibility for stock damaged by common carrier after acceptance by customer. Make complaints for damages to your delivering carrier and file necessary claims. We shall be glad to render all aid we can to remedy a loss.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS MADE IN WRITING WITHIN TEN DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
